By placing an order at Spectrum, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Spectrum for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Spectrum as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to Spectrum and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Spectrum to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Spectrum Terms & Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Spectrum's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Spectrum is released from Spectrum's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Spectrum's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Spectrum.

All transfers conducted through Spectrum are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address under contact.

All sales are final. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing. Take care to read the item description and material list so you know exactly what you are getting. Each photograph is true to it's likeness.  See Handling & Care for more information.

If any item is damaged at the time of delivery due to negligence in shipping and handling, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package. If you do so, the damaged item will be fixed for free and the return shipping covered. Notification past the initial 24 hours and any damages will not be covered.

Additional Information

Spectrum reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Spectrum has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Spectrum shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

 

LITTLES RETURN POLICY

Every purchase is made with the understanding that the customer has read and agreed to the Return Policy, Exchanges Agreement, and User Safety Agreement. By purchasing Spectrum Handcrafted Goods you are agreeing to all stated terms. 

Items are not returnable if they have been worn, washed, or damaged after having been received. Returns are accepted if item is in original condition, fully intact, and customer will be issued a full refund of original purchase amount, upon item being received and inspected. Note* Customer is fully responsible for return shipping cost. If items are damaged during shipping and upon arrival please contact us and we will review your return. 

Items are as described in listing and as pictured. Every purchase is made with the assumption the size, measurements and materials have been referenced and understood. This agreement is made upon purchase. If you have any questions about any item we will be happy to answer any questions previous to purchasing items. 

Littles Exchanges

Exchanges are acceptable for item size change only for the same item, and only if item is listed with available size options within original listing. Shipping cost is not refundable, and customer is responsible for returning item for exchange and for return shipping. Exchange will be issued upon receiving original item. 

User Safety Agreement

As with any baby accessory any product with small parts should not be used without proper adult supervision. Never leave an infant or child unattended with items with small parts as could be a choking hazard and the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the product is used in a safe manner. By purchasing Spectrum Littles products online or at other selling locations the customer agrees that use and purchase of the product is entirely at the customer's own risk. Spectrum Handcrafted and affiliated shall not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the products.

Periodically check product and discard immediately if it shows any signs of wear and tear or damage.
